Identity Theft Poses Extra Troubles for Children (@ronlieber @nytimes)

With recent data breaches at places like Anthem Blue Cross, identity theft is giving many people real cause for concern. But, as Ron Lieber discuses, what's even more concerning than having their own identity stolen is the theft of their children's identities.
